The dial is crafted from genuine parchment—the same material used for the original Declaration—giving each piece its own unique texture and character. The natural variations of the parchment are preserved, ensuring that no two dials are exactly alike. The result is a timepiece with a tangible connection to one of America's most enduring documents.

Every component of The Self-Evident was selected with purpose. The watch pairs a German-made stainless steel case with a Swiss automatic movement, while a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects both the genuine parchment dial and the exhibition caseback. Finished with a handcrafted leather strap and assembled by hand in Philadelphia by the company’s founder.

The Self-Evident was created to honor the enduring ideals of the Declaration of Independence.
